Introduction

We take pride in our ability to hire an excellent applicants that can meet the goal of the company. We are very meticulous in selecting and choosing our agents. We screen them carefully and see to it if they pass the test. If we have 100 candidates, we might only select 9 or 10 which we think that can be a possible candidates for our client. We provide a differnt test that the staff candidate must obliged to go through like in-person interviews, a chat-based interview, a writing test and an IQ test.
We also provide other additional screening that our client will posed to them. This include an felicitious working space, a fast and dependable internet connection and a new computer. We also imposed a strict compliance of attendance and deal with the administrative and human resources.
